Shipping costs
We ship from Belgium to many European countries. The exact amount is always shown in your cart and at checkout.
- Belgium: €5.50, free from €35
- Netherlands, Germany, France and Luxembourg: €8.00, free from €60
- Other countries (including other EU countries and the United Kingdom): €15.00
Delivery
We process orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimates and may depend on the carrier. After dispatch you will receive an email with tracking information.
Damaged or wrong product?
Please check your parcel on receipt. Is something damaged, or did you receive the wrong product? Email us within 48 hours at info@zvpartners.be with your order number and clear photos of the product and the packaging. We will sort it out.
Returns
You have 14 days after receipt to request a return. The product must be unopened, unused and in its original, sealed packaging, and you will need your proof of purchase. For food safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened bottles.
You can start a return via info@zvpartners.be. Never send anything back without our approval. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong product. Once your return has been approved, we will refund you via your original payment method.
